How fast is my server online?
Provisioning starts the moment your payment confirms. Linux servers are ready in about 30 seconds; Windows servers take 2–3 minutes for initial setup.
Do I get full Administrator or root access?
Yes. Every server runs on KVM virtualization with complete control — install any software, change any configuration, or reinstall the OS whenever you want.
How does billing work?
There is no subscription. You pay once for a 30, 60, or 90 day term. When the term ends, you decide whether to renew — nothing is charged automatically.
What happens when my server expires?
You get reminders before expiry. After it expires, the server is suspended (paused, data intact) and you have roughly a week to renew before it is permanently removed. Renewing during that window brings it right back online.
Can I install apps automatically?
Yes. Pick a one-click app from the Marketplace during checkout and it is installed while your server is provisioned — ready the first time you log in.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
